1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and laiski.lv ("we", "us", or "our"). We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after any update means you accept the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

2. Description of Service

laiski.lv is an event aggregation platform that collects and displays publicly available information about events taking place in Latvia. We do not sell tickets directly. All purchases are handled on the original third-party platforms we link to. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of event data.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

4. User Accounts

Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended or closed.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Content Moderation

You agree not to use the service to create, submit, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable. This includes but is not limited to: spam, harassment, impersonation, malware distribution, and any form of discriminatory or violent content.

Accounts found to be creating or distributing content that seriously violates these Terms may be permanently closed. Such accounts cannot be reactivated.

All content on laiski.lv — including design, code, text, and graphics — is the property of laiski.lv or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Event data is sourced from public third-party listings; copyright for that data remains with the respective source. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Third-Party Links

The service contains links to third-party websites and ticketing platforms. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, laiski.lv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.
